Oxalic Acid

Oxalic acid is a crystalline organic acid that is found naturally in certain plant foods, such as spinach, parsley, and rhubarb. It is also produced by chemical synthesis. Oxalic acid is used in a variety of applications, including as a cleaning agent, descaling agent, and chemical reagent. It is commonly used to remove stains, calcium deposits and residue from metal surfaces, stones, tiles and household appliances.
